In Matratzen, Kopfkissen und weiteren textilen Kontaktflächen sammeln sich über die Zeit unsichtbare Belastungen an: Hausstaubmilben, Hautschuppen, Allergene, Bakterien, Schimmelsporen, Fasern, Haare, Pollen und weitere organische Rückstände. Diese Belastungen sind mit bloßem Auge nicht erkennbar – haben aber direkten Einfluss auf Hygiene, Wohlbefinden und Gesundheit.

Regelmäßig entnehmen wir Proben aus Matratzen, Kopfkissen und weiteren textilen Kontaktflächen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen deutlich: Viele Belastungen gelangen über Hautkontakt oder den Atemweg in den Körper, können das Immunsystem belasten und Allergien begünstigen.

Wärme und Feuchtigkeit aus dem Körper machen nicht waschbare Textilien zum idealen Lebensraum für Hausstaubmilben. Ihr Kot ist die wichtigste Allergenquelle im Hausstaub. Die Belastung zeigte sich in unseren Proben ausnahmslos, auch in 5-Sterne-Hotels.

Over time, mattresses, pillows, and other textile contact surfaces accumulate hidden contamination: dust mites, skin flakes, allergens, bacteria, mold spores, fibers, hair, pollen, and other organic residues. These are not visible to the naked eye – yet they have a direct impact on hygiene, wellbeing, and health.

We regularly take samples from mattresses, pillows, and other textile contact surfaces. The results clearly show: much of this contamination reaches the body through skin contact or the respiratory tract, and can burden the immune system and promote allergies.

Body warmth and moisture turn non-washable textiles into an ideal habitat for house dust mites. Their droppings are the main source of allergens in house dust. Our samples showed this contamination without exception, including in 5-star hotels.

   Vollständige Behandlung von Matratzen, Kopfkissen, Betttextilien und textilen Kontaktflächen mit leistungsstarken Mikrofiltersystemen. Ziel: Reduktion von Staub- und Partikelbelastungen, mikrobiologischen Belastungen und Allergenen.

3. Parasitol^®-Anwendung

   Laufende Präventionsmaßnahme durch eingewiesenes Personal der Einrichtung nach Abschluss der Grundhygienebehandlung, bei jedem Wäsche- oder Gastwechsel.

4. Wiederholungsintervall

   Vollständige Wiederholung alle sechs Monate: erneute Probenentnahme, Untersuchung, Dokumentation und Bewertung.

5. Zertifizierung

   Nach erfolgreicher Durchführung: Ausstellung des THMS^®-Hygienezertifikats.

   Ongoing preventive treatment carried out by trained facility staff following completion of the basic hygiene treatment, at every change of linen or guest.

4. Repeat Interval

   Full repetition every six months: renewed sampling, examination, documentation, and assessment.

5. Certification

   Upon successful completion: issuance of the THMS^® hygiene certificate.

   Wir nehmen in Ihrem Haus eine Probe von Ihren Matratzen und zeigen sie Ihrem Management. So sehen Sie selbst, was sich in den Textilien befindet.

2. Grundhygienebehandlung

   Ein zertifizierter THMS^®-Partner oder Ihr eigenes, eingewiesenes Personal saugt Matratzen und Kopfkissen beidseitig gründlich ab, mit Mikrofiltersystemen. Anschließend werden die Textilien mit Parasitol^® behandelt. Jede Behandlung wird protokolliert.

3. Laufende Anwendung durch Ihr Personal

   Je Bett erhalten Sie 500 ml Parasitol^®. Ihr Personal sprüht es bei jedem Gast- oder Wäschewechsel auf Matratze und Kopfkissen, bevor frisch bezogen wird. Das dauert nur wenige Sekunden pro Bett.

4. THMS^®-Nutzungszertifikat

   Sie erhalten das THMS^®-Nutzungszertifikat für 6 Monate. Damit zeigen Sie Ihren Gästen, dass Sie am Programm teilnehmen, im Haus und auf Ihrer Website.

1. Sample on site

   We take a sample from your mattresses at your property and show it to your management. You see for yourself what is inside the textiles.

2. Basic hygiene treatment

   A certified THMS^® partner or your own trained staff thoroughly vacuums both sides of mattresses and pillows with microfilter systems. The textiles are then treated with Parasitol^®. Every treatment is recorded.

3. Ongoing use by your staff

   You receive 500 ml of Parasitol^® per bed. Your staff spray it onto mattress and pillow at every change of guest or linen, before fresh bedding goes on. It takes only a few seconds per bed.

4. THMS^® user certificate

   You receive the THMS^® user certificate for 6 months. It shows your guests that you take part in the programme, in-house and on your website.

   Alle sechs Monate saugen Sie Matratzen und Kopfkissen beidseitig mit einem Mikrofiltersystem ab und behandeln sie mit Parasitol^®.

4. Parasitol^® nach jedem Gast- oder Wäschewechsel

   Ein ganz wichtiger Punkt: Nach jedem Gast- oder Wäschewechsel behandelt das Personal des Objekts Matratzen und Kopfkissen mit Parasitol^®, bevor frisch bezogen wird. Sie weisen das Personal dabei ein. Ohne diese laufende Anwendung gibt es kein Zertifikat.

5. Report und Filterfotos

   Sie senden den vom Objekt gegengezeichneten Grundhygiene-Report und Fotos der vollen Filter an THMS^®.

6. Objektzertifikat und Parasitol^®

   THMS^® prüft die Behandlung und schickt dem Objekt das Zertifikat zusammen mit Parasitol^® für die nächsten sechs Monate.

1. Agreement and certificate

   You sign our procedure agreement and receive the certificate “Certified THMS^® bed textile hygiene service provider”. It is valid for the entire duration of our cooperation.

2. Visual sample at the client

   A 30-second vacuum sample shows the operator how contaminated the mattresses are. The full filter speaks for itself.

3. Basic hygiene treatment

   Every six months you vacuum both sides of mattresses and pillows with a microfilter system and treat them with Parasitol^®.

4. Parasitol^® at every change of guest or linen

   A key point: After every change of guest or linen, the property's staff treat mattresses and pillows with Parasitol^® before fresh bedding goes on. You instruct the staff. Without this ongoing use there is no certificate.

5. Report and filter photos

   You send THMS^® the basic hygiene report countersigned by the property, plus photos of the full filters.

6. Property certificate and Parasitol^®

   THMS^® reviews the treatment and sends the property its certificate together with Parasitol^® for the next six months.
